FAQ

  • How long do you need to setup?

    We need approximately 2-hours to setup, and 1-hour to packup at the end of the event. Quality and safety should never be rushed.

  • Do you carry Working With Vulnerable People cards (WWVP)?

    Yes, we carry Working With Vulnerable People cards (WWVP).

  • We need to onboard you to the venue, what do we need to do?

    Please initiate the onboarding request to [email protected] and we will complete any required steps. We are generally onboarded to most Canberra venues.

  • Can students request songs during the event?

    Yes, DD Discos loves to know what students would like to hear. They are welcome to request songs on the night. We also work with schools or student committees beforehand to create a suitable playlist.

  • Is your equipment safe and test tagged?

    Yes, all power cables are tested and tagged. All equipment is regularly bench serviced and maintained.

  • Do you provide lighting and sound equipment?

    Yes, we provide a full sound and lighting package. Our School Formal service is scalable within your budget to create a polished result at any level.

  • Do you travel outside Canberra?

    Yes, whilst DD Discos is a Canberra local, we can travel to your location. Please contact us to discuss.
